Where microcement goes, and the order we lay it in

Microcement suits the places where a continuous, jointless surface makes sense — a floor that runs through several rooms, the walls and shower of a bathroom, a staircase, a kitchen worktop — and the order of the work is always the same: prepare the substrate, apply the coats, seal. Microcement application in Nagüeles with our own team follows that order without shortcuts: the existing surface is assessed during the visit, repaired and prepared where needed, then the microcement goes on in several thin coats with drying time between them, and the sealant is chosen for each area, with extra protection where there is water. When you want to apply microcement over existing tiles, the floor usually does not have to be lifted; we confirm it once we have seen its condition. The quote lists each surface with its own price and dates, reaches you within 24-48 hours of the visit, and one manager stays with you until handover. This is how microcement is applied at Mena build and design, a renovation and interior design company in Marbella since 2007, with more than 30 professionals on its own staff.
